Bell Imaging & Design is a photography and design business located in Hermon, Maine. Owner Debra Bell (that's me!) has a strong background in graphic design and has worked in newspapers and publishing since 1998. First, I worked at the University of Maine's Printing Services department preparing customer print jobs to print in large and small scales. I also was a reporter (1998-2001), assistant editor (1999), and copy editor (2000-2001) for the University of Maine's student newspaper The Maine Campus. I interned as a reporter and photographer at The Time's Record newspaper in the summer of 1999 and as a reporter photographer and section editor/designer for the Harpswell Anchor (summer of 2000). Now, I also work for the Bangor Daily News in the special sections department as a writer, photographer, and special section editor/paginator. My extensive experience in the newspaper and printing worlds entail taking a project from conception to final production. I use my award-winning skills to create printed jobs that delight and represent each individual client. I also provide design services to Maine Greyhound Placement Service in Augusta (I write for, photograph, and edit their quarterly newsletter and I am the editor and designer of the yearly calendar fundraiser.) In addition, I provide design services to Tuesday Forum, a women's networking group. In my role as owner of Bell Imaging & Design, I use my skills to help businesses and individuals alike. Some of the services I offer include: Invitation package design (invitation, reply card, programs, and envelope design)
Because each project is unique, I prefer to create custom quotes for each client. Don't assume that hiring a professional designer is too expensive. Let me show you how I can help you without breaking the bank. |
